专利摘要:
Procedure for packaging slices of food products and product obtained. The packaging procedure has the purpose of minimizing packaging costs, eliminating separating sheets between slices, but preventing the product from breaking when it is detached, so that the process of obtaining snacks with minimal costs is optimized. For this purpose, a plurality of slices (2) of rectangular or irregular configuration, of smaller dimensions than the conventional slices, placed obliquely and partially superimposed, so that at all times, the slice is disposed on a base sheet (1). Top in the stack has three of its vertices free, that is to say that three of said vertices are not superimposed with the immediately inferior slice optimizing the surface to be covered with the product, product that can be overturned directly on the sandwich to be obtained, without needing have to manipulate said product. PACKAGING PROCEDURE OF FOOD PRODUCTS LONCHES AND
PRODUCT OBTAINED
D E S C R I P C I O N
OBJECT OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a process for packaging slices of food products, products such as ham, cheese, loin, etc., these slices being preferably intended for obtaining sandwiches, montaditos, toasts, etc. without logically ruling out its direct consumption.
The object of the invention is to provide a packaging system that minimizes the cost thereof, but without the saving in material that this causes a deterioration or breakage of the sliced product when it is removed from the package, so that at the time of Prepare sandwiches from the packaged product is able to reduce the cost of preparation of the sandwich, montadito, toast, etc., both by optimizing the distribution of the product on it with a minimum manipulation of the person preparing the sandwich, as well as reducing the handling time in the preparation of the sandwich and also reduce the cost associated with the handling process itself.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
Normally, slices of ham, cheese and the like are sold in containers or trays, usually vacuum or packed in inert gas, in which the slices are superimposed on each other, so as to avoid sticking or adhering to each other, interleaved between them some sheets as separating elements of paper, plastic or special film for food use.
This form of packaging, and being very thin slices, presents a series of problems and inconveniences among which the following can be mentioned:

• The extraction of the slices supposes a maneuver in which it is necessary to eliminate the protective sheets or separators, which supposes an inconvenience and a considerable waste of time to separate one by one each slice.
• The packaging process itself is very laborious, with the consequent loss of time and material that this entails, which results in a higher cost for the product.
• It is also noteworthy that in certain establishments, such as bars, coffee shops, service stations, large supermarkets, etc., the mass preparation of snacks, is carried out from such containers, so that it is required that the handling of the slices when preparing the sandwiches be as quick as possible, which is not achieved with the current form of packaging, not being able to optimize the surface to be covered with minimal consumption of raw material.
• With the current packaging system, the slices for snacks, have a lot of manipulation and have to be touched with the hands of the people who handle the product. While with this invention it is not necessary to touch the slices with the hands for the preparation of the snacks.
DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The procedure that is recommended resolves in a fully satisfactory way the problem described above based on a simple but extremely effective solution.
For this and in a more concrete way, the procedure is based on the slices being cut with a length less than that of conventional slices, offering the slices to be packaged a more or less homogeneous length, with the particularity that, according to the procedure, the slices are placed instead of

in parallel and with plastic, paper or film separating elements, said slices partially overlap, so that each slice overlaps in a small part on the immediately lower slice, optimizing the surface to be covered with the product, as it will be exposed with later, not being necessary to lift and detach each of the slices in a unitary way, which entails the drag of the immediately lower slice, due to the smaller overlapping surface and the smaller size of the slices, which has an impact on a considerable saving of time in the manipulation of the slices, or what is the same in the extraction of the same of the set of slices that forms each portion of the container.
In this way, all the slices, partially overlapped and without intermediate separation sheets are arranged on a single sheet that acts as a separator of the whole slices with respect to other slices groups that could be arranged equally on a sheet of identical characteristics, of so that in the packaging several groups of slices can be stacked in the same tray.
The support sheets of the slices groups will have a rectangular, elongated configuration, of dimensions in plan according to the surface of the sandwich to be obtained with them, so that the food content disposed on them can be "dump" directly on the bread once opened, without having to touch the product, which is an operation in obtaining the snacks more hygienic, greatly reducing the time to obtain them.
In this way, and according to the presentation of the slices, according to the object of the invention, when preparing sandwiches, sandwiches, toasts, etc., in service areas, bars, coffee shops, supermarkets, etc., to The following advantages derive from the packaged product as described above:
• The weight of the product is not reduced, be it ham, cheese, loin, etc., which must be arranged in the preparation of a snack.
• The possible contact of the person handling the product with it is eliminated.

• The handling time of the slices in the preparation of each sandwich is significantly reduced.
• The cost of the sandwich is definitively reduced by being able to arrange all the slices at the same time in an optimal and fast way on the sandwich, without these being damaged in the handling.
DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
To complement the description that will then be made and in order to help a better understanding of the features of the invention, according to a preferred example of practical implementation thereof, a set of drawings is accompanied as an integral part of said description. where, with an illustrative and non-limiting nature, the following has been represented:
Figure 1 shows a representation corresponding to a perspective view of a carrier sheet of a plurality of slices arranged according to the packaging process object of the present invention.
Figure 2.- Shows a perspective view of the mode of packaging of a larger volume of product, by stacking two or more sheets bearing the slices properly arranged according to the process of the invention.
PREFERRED EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION
As can be seen in the figures summarized, the process of the invention is based on the fact that on a sheet (1) of plastic, cardboard or similar, which will act as the receiving base of the product and, where appropriate, as a separator in the stack of several groups of slices, a plurality of slices (2) are arranged, which can be ham, cheese or other sausages, of rectangular or irregular configuration, with dimensions slightly smaller than those of conventional slices, such that said
slices (2) are partially superimposed, so that at all times, the upper slice has three of its vertices (3) free, that is to say that three of these vertices are not superimposed with the immediately lower slice, optimizing the surface to be covered with the product.
5
As can be seen in Figure 2, the clusters of slices arranged on the sheet (1) can be stacked in the process of packaging on another sheet (1) that will also have on it a cluster of slices (2) of Identical disposition, optimizing the volumetric occupation of the container.
10
The sheet (1) will have a rectangular or irregular configuration, with dimensions according to the surface of the sandwich to be covered with the sliced product, so that said product can be dumped directly on the open bread without having to extract the slices one by one , and without even having to touch them, which significantly reduces the time of obtaining them and improves the hygienic conditions in said obtaining, optimizing the raw material and maximizing benefits.
